Most staff (full and part-time) are entitled to vacation time and vacation pay. The discount in vacation interval may be made in proportion to the number of days the worker was or would normally have been scheduled to work, however did not. If the employer and worker cannot agree on the employee’s vacation time, the employer can resolve when it will be taken.
